Exchange Policy

  1. Only items within 7 days of receipt are allowed for an exchange.
  2. All exchange must be conducted in person at our physical stockists.
  3. All goods will be inspected upon return. Items must be in their original condition with proof-of-purchase.
  4. We reserve the right not to exchange your item
  5. No change will be provided if the value of the new item is lower than the original purchased item.
  6. Top-up will be required if the value of the new item is higher than the original purchased item.
  7. Strictly no exchange for cash unless trading in the item.

Refund/Return Policy

  1. Refund and return is not allowed, unless item received is different from item ordered. Fret not as we always do a quality check before sending out your order, to prevent such issues from happening.
  2. If item is found damaged, worn or in a non-resalable condition due to no fault of ours, we reserve the rights to refuse the refund/return.
